Job description

Netcom Technologies (Pvt) Ltd., a provider of enterprise network and data center infrastructure solutions in Bangladesh, has two openings for IT professionals with expertise in business development, sales, and marketing. Position 1: Executive / Senior Executive, Enterprise Design and Implementation. Position 2: Executive / Senior Executive, Business Development and Channels. The position is open until it is filled. Responsibilities

• Identify new clients and develop business opportunities for enterprise network and data center infrastructure solutions
• Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify and pursue business opportunities
• Analyze requirements, prepare designs, and estimate costs for enterprise network and data center infrastructure solutions
• Conduct site surveys and prepare survey reports, technical proposals, and financial proposals for direct client submissions, RFPs, tenders, and RFQs
• Prepare sales and marketing reports for management
• Monitor business target achievement for individual team members and the overall team
• Deliver client presentations
• Liaise, follow up, and negotiate with clients to secure projects and orders

Requirements

• Two to three years of experience; exceptional candidates with fewer years may be considered
• Skills and experience in business development, sales, and marketing for enterprise network and data center infrastructure solutions
• Knowledge of structured cabling systems, including brands such as Commscope, Rosenberger, Vivanco, Belden, Siemon, and Panduit
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, or Business Administration; a degree in MIS, IT, CSE, EEE or ECE from a reputable university is preferred
• Certifications such as CCNA are an asset; candidates with certifications must provide certificate numbers for verification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Basic understanding of IT related to hardware and networks
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
