Education Counselor (AI-Driven Counselling & Sales)

Job description

Edroll Education is looking for a tech-savvy, sales-minded Education Counselor who uses AI tools to work faster and better. You will guide students from their first enquiry through university admission and their student visa, using AI and automation to assess student profiles and prepare applications. Location: Gulshan 2, Dhaka (House 30, Level 11B, Road 42). Full-time. Responsibilities

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others) every day to prepare student files, including SOPs, GS/GTE statements, CVs, cover letters, document checklists and visa file summaries
• Run AI-assisted profile assessments to shortlist suitable universities, programs and scholarships based on each student's background, goals and budget
• Build and use automated workflows such as CRM follow-ups, email and WhatsApp templates, and lead tracking
• Review and verify every AI-assisted document before submission so it is accurate and genuine to the student
• Turn enquiries into enrolled students through walk-in, phone and online consultations
• Hold individual counselling sessions and stay in regular contact with students throughout the application cycle
• Follow up with leads consistently and meet monthly enrolment targets
• Represent Edroll at seminars, education fairs and online sessions
• Manage university applications end to end, including documentation, personal statement guidance and scholarship applications
• Guide students through the student visa process for the UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand (CAS, IHS, GS requirements, financial documents)
• Prepare students for credibility interviews and ensure full compliance
• Provide post-visa support and handle visa refusals and reapplications when needed
• Stay up to date with admission policies, entry requirements, deadlines and visa rule changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in student counselling and visa processing
• Hands-on skill with AI tools for document preparation and assessment (to be demonstrated at interview)
• A proven track record in sales or target-driven work
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Bangla
• In-depth knowledge of university systems and admissions
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases at once
• Experience with CRM tools or automation platforms such as Zapier, Make or n8n is a plus
