E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive

Job description

·         Manage end-to-end operations of Daraz Seller Center including product listing, pricing, and store decoration.·         Handle daily order processing, packaging, and timely handover to courier partners to ensure fast delivery.·         Plan and implement marketplace campaigns like 11.11 and Flash Sales to maximize store traffic and sales.·         Monitor real-time stock levels across all platforms to prevent out-of-stock issues and order cancellations.·         Manage daily content posting and audience engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels.·         Setup and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads to drive targeted traffic and improve sales conversion.·         Resolve customer queries via Daraz and Facebook Messenger promptly to maintain a high response rate.·         Draft engaging product descriptions and creative ad copies for all digital marketing materials for social media sharing.·         Track and report monthly sales data, ad spend, and ROI to evaluate business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce Startup, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Accessories, Mobile Industry
• Age 20 to 35 years
