Automation Services Limited (ASL) is looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketer to drive business growth through strategic marketing and qualified lead generation. The primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads; the sales team handles customer communication and deal closing. Office: House 142/1, Road 3, Block A, Niketon, Gulshan, Dhaka. Job type: Full-Time, On-Site. Salary: BDT 30,000-35,000.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and paid campaigns
• Implement SEO and organic growth strategies
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Search Console and Meta Analytics
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and A/B testing
• Generate targeted, high-quality qualified leads
• Achieve monthly KPIs and prepare performance reports

Requirements

• Proven digital marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Expertise in lead generation and audience targeting
• Analytical thinking and strategic planning
• Experience with campaign optimization and reporting
• Portfolio or previous campaign results preferred
