Job description

The Office of the Divisional Commissioner, Chattogram (Establishment Branch) invites online applications at https://divctg.teletalk.com.bd for temporary direct recruitment under the Divisional Commissioner Office Employees Recruitment Rules, 2020 (amended 2024), open to permanent residents of all districts of Chattogram division. This listing is the Data Entry Control Operator (Grade-16, 2 vacancies) post. Candidates must have passed secondary school certificate (SSC) or equivalent and the Standard Aptitude Test. Online applications are accepted from 27 September 2026 (10:00 AM) to 26 October 2026 (4:00 PM); after submitting, the exam fee is paid by SMS from a Teletalk prepaid number within 72 hours. No TA/DA is paid for the tests, and the authority may amend or cancel the circular.

Responsibilities

• Enter and control data in office computer systems accurately
• Type documents in Bangla and English
• Maintain records and support the office with computer work

Requirements

• Secondary school certificate (SSC) or equivalent pass from a recognised board
• Computer typing speed of at least 20 words per minute in Bangla and 20 in English, and pass the Standard Aptitude Test
• Must be a citizen of Bangladesh by birth and a permanent resident of any district of Chattogram division
• Age must be between 18 and 32 years as on 1 September 2026
• Serving government, semi-government and autonomous body employees must apply with permission of their authority and submit the NOC at the viva
• Only candidates who pass the written and practical tests are called for the viva; candidates must present original certificates and attested copies at the viva
• A candidate may apply for only one post; false information leads to cancellation of candidature
