Job description

Colissia Global Ltd. is looking for a talented, creative, and innovative Creative Designer to lead visual content creation for its growing portfolio. The role takes end-to-end ownership of visual media, photo/video production, motion design and video editing across Colissia and its partner brands, from product photoshoots to promotional videos. Office: Colissia Global Ltd. Central Office, House No. 5, Block A, Lane 1, Benaroshi Polli, Mirpur-10, Dhaka 1216. Working hours 11 AM - 8 PM, weekly holiday Sunday, 1 hour lunch break. Salary review yearly; travel allowance as applicable. Responsibilities

• Create modern, eye-catching motion graphics for digital promotions
• Edit high-quality videos for social media and marketing campaigns
• Enhance visual storytelling through typography and imagery
• Conceptualize and design graphic assets, digital promotional materials, website banners, social media posts and print materials
• Develop branding elements including logos, brochures and presentations
• Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for websites and mobile applications
• Ensure visual consistency and brand identity across all platforms
• Conduct photo and video shoots for product showcasing and promotional content
• Manage the entire creative pipeline from conceptualization to final output
• Keep up with the latest trends in graphic design, photography, videography, motion graphics and digital marketing
• Other administrative tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant courses in Graphic Design or Visual Arts highly preferred
• Must have: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom; Canva is a plus (Canva alone is not the primary skill sought)
• Strong capability in photo shoot and video shoot direction/production
• Excellent visual storytelling and typography skills
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
