Job description
Internship Opportunity — Competitive Programming Intern
Company: DeshIT-BD
Duration: 6 Months
Type: Unpaid Internship
Work Mode: Onsite
We are looking for highly motivated students or fresh graduates who are passionate about Competitive Programming, Problem Solving, Algorithms, and Data Structures.
AI Development Tools — Mandatory: during the 6-month internship, interns will be required to have an active paid subscription to at least ONE of the following AI coding/development tools: OpenAI Codex (paid subscription) or Anthropic Claude (paid subscription). The subscription cost will be borne by the intern and will not be reimbursed by DeshIT-BD. The purpose is to provide interns with hands-on experience in modern AI-assisted software development, code analysis, debugging, optimization, and problem-solving workflows. AI tools will be used as development assistants; interns must understand, analyze, test, and explain the code they submit. Copy-pasting AI-generated solutions without understanding them will not be accepted.
This is an unpaid internship designed primarily for learning, practical experience, problem-solving improvement, and building a strong technical portfolio.
Who should apply: CSE / CS / SWE students, recent graduates, competitive programmers, and developers interested in algorithms and AI-assisted development who are serious about improving their programming skills.
How to apply: send your CV + GitHub profile + Codeforces/LeetCode/AtCoder profile to info@deshit-bd.com (phone: 01537570379).
