Chum Wellness is a mental wellness platform in Bangladesh. It is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to be the first, friendly point of contact for its clients. Responsibilities

• Respond to client messages and calls within 1 minute
• Coordinate session bookings with the psychologists and psychiatrists
• Inform clients promptly about any booking updates or changes
• Coordinate with clients on payments and refunds
• Keep every client conversation strictly confidential under an agreement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong written and spoken Bangla and English
• Fast, accurate and well organised
• Calm, patient and empathetic communication
• Able to work 3 PM - 12 AM
• Customer service experience is a plus
