AutoCAD Designer

Job description

SGS is looking for an experienced AutoCAD Designer to support an Oil & Gas project in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD expertise, solid experience in engineering drawing development and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in PEFS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, modify and maintain engineering drawings and PEFS documentation using AutoCAD
• Review existing engineering drawings, incorporate required revisions and ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards
• Coordinate with engineering and other discipline teams to meet drawing requirements and project specifications
• Maintain drawing records and ensure proper revision control throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PEFS and multi-discipline drawing development (mandatory)
• Strong and proven AutoCAD capability with demonstrated experience developing and maintaining engineering drawings
• Previous Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory
