Associate Training and Content Specialist

Job description

The Associate Training and Content Specialist will prepare user guides, release notes, and other support materials, develop innovative web-based tutorials, interact with customers to explain complex technical issues, communicate customer feedback with software development teams to help design a better product, and prepare responses to RFPs and other business proposals. This is a full-time, partially remote role based in Banani, Dhaka.

Responsibilities

• Communicate customer feedback with software development teams to help design a better product
• Prepare responses to RFPs and other business proposals

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Creative and analytical writing skills
• Eagerness to explore, learn, and critically evaluate emerging technologies for practical business use
• Familiarity with commonly used AI tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CSE/EEE/English Literature or similar fields preferred
• Attention to detail and a drive for quality
