Study View ICT School is recruiting an Assistant Teacher for ICT, Basic Programming, Robotics & Drone and AI. Relevant academic backgrounds include CSE, ICT, Software Engineering, EEE, Robotics/Drone Engineering, AI or IT. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals with strong programming, robotics, AI, STEM or technology project portfolios are encouraged to apply. General teaching responsibilities: prepare lesson plans and assessments, deliver lessons aligned with the curriculum, keep attendance and progress records, communicate with guardians, join staff meetings and training, supervise students at exams and events, and use digital tools and online classes when required. Compensation: salary and bonus are negotiable based on qualifications, experience, subject expertise and discussion with the school authority. Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain teaching materials, daily lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and course content
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the approved curriculum, academic standards and school guidelines
• Assess learning through assignments, classwork, projects, tests, examinations and other suitable methods
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress, performance, participation and classroom behavior
• Identify students' learning needs and provide appropriate guidance, support and follow-up
• Maintain an organized, positive, respectful, student-friendly classroom and apply school rules and procedures
• Communicate professionally with parents/guardians about students' progress, participation, behavior and concerns
• Participate in staff meetings, teacher training, workshops, orientation and professional development
• Supervise students during examinations, extracurricular activities, educational programs, field trips, competitions and school events
• Collaborate with teachers, academic coordinators and administrative staff to improve teaching quality and student outcomes
• Protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of student information, academic records, teaching materials and school documents
• Use digital learning platforms and conduct online classes through Zoom, Google Meet or the school's LMS when required

Requirements

• Academic background in CSE, ICT, Software Engineering, EEE, Robotics/Drone Engineering, AI or IT
• ICT fundamentals: computer operation and troubleshooting, internet and digital communication, MS Office/Google Workspace, digital productivity and educational tools
• Programming: basic Python, Scratch/block-based coding, programming logic and algorithms, variables, conditions, loops, functions, basic data structures and computational thinking
• Web: basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript and fundamental web concepts
• Robotics/electronics: Arduino or similar microcontrollers, basic electronics, sensors, actuators, motors, control systems, robotics programming and hands-on projects
• AI/emerging technologies: AI fundamentals, generative AI and responsible use of AI tools, basic machine learning and educational AI tools
• STEM/project-based learning: plan practical STEM activities, conduct hands-on lab/maker activities and guide students through planning, building, testing and presenting projects
• Strong logical/analytical thinking; friendly and patient with children and young learners; able to explain technical concepts clearly for students' ages
• Experience developing student technology projects/STEM portfolios or arranging educational technology, science, robotics or programming competitions is an advantage
• Professional, responsible, punctual and positive toward teaching and learning
• Good communication and ability to explain concepts clearly at the appropriate age/learning level
• Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, staff, students and guardians
• Willing to learn, adapt to teaching approaches and participate in continuous professional development
• Maintain professional conduct and appropriate teacher-student relationships, and follow school academic policies, code of conduct and safeguarding procedures
