Nebs-IT Solution Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Webflow Developer to join our Web Development Team.

Our priority is to find someone who can accurately convert Figma UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow websites and has strong knowledge of Webflow CMS, interactions, animations, custom code, SEO, and website performance.

Job type: Full-Time, On-Site. Location: South Dania, Jatrabari, Dhaka. Office time: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Weekend: 2 days. Experience: 1-2 years. Salary: BDT 20,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience & skills).

দায়িত্ব

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow websites
• Build layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
• Create reusable components and sections for future projects
• Set up CMS Collections, Reference Fields, Rich Text, and Dynamic Pages
• Structure CMS so clients can easily update content without affecting the design
• Build Webflow Interactions and smooth animations; implement GSAP animations when required
• Keep animations optimized for fast mobile performance
• Follow a consistent class naming system such as Client-First or similar
• Add and debug custom code embeds and third-party scripts
• Set Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, OG Images, Alt Text, and Sitemap
• Optimize images and website assets for faster loading
• Test websites across different browsers and devices before launch
• Work with designers to ensure development feasibility before starting builds
• Apply client and internal feedback within agreed timelines
• Handle website publishing, hosting setup, and post-launch fixes
• Prepare short handover notes for future maintenance

যোগ্যতা

• 1-2 years of hands-on Webflow work experience
• Must have live Webflow websites or a strong portfolio to show
• Strong understanding of Classes, Combo Classes, and Components
• Solid knowledge of Webflow CMS, including Collections, References, and Dynamic Pages
• Comfortable working with Webflow Interactions
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Ability to accurately reproduce Figma spacing, typography, layouts, and responsive behavior
• Good understanding of Responsive Design, Website Performance, and Cross-Browser Compatibility
• Basic knowledge of On-Page SEO inside Webflow
• Good written English to understand client briefs and feedback
• Reliable with deadlines and open to feedback
• Priority: Figma, Webflow, CMS, UI animation, responsive website development; GSAP, Framer, Webflow Ecommerce, Memberships, Localization, Zapier, Make or Webflow Logic is a plus; experience with US, UK or Gulf clients is an advantage
