Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa & Compliance Officer located in New DOHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka. The Visa & Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing student visa applications and regulatory compliance procedures. Daily tasks include guiding students through visa documentation, conducting thorough compliance checks, verifying financial records, monitoring embassy updates, and coordinating with universities and applicants to ensure seamless application processing.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Law, Business, International Relations, or related fields preferred).

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct experience in student visa processing.

- Country Expertise: Practical experience handling student visa applications for Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Italy and Lithuania

- Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of student visa documentation, compliance procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Solid analytical skills to review complex financial and academic documents for accuracy and risk assessment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with students, parents, and partner institutions.

- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
