The Office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Taxes Zone-Cumilla (Kandirpar, Cumilla; www.taxeszonecumilla.gov.bd), under the Internal Resources Division of the Ministry of Finance, is recruiting for 7 categories of vacant posts (Grade 13 to Grade 20) on a temporary basis through direct recruitment, as per its circular dated 8 October 2026 (ref. no. ক.অ.কু/নিয়োগ-২০২৬/২০২৬-২০২৭/২২৯). This notice is for 5 posts of Upper Division Assistant (Grade 14, National Pay Scale 2026: Tk 23,500 - 56,800). Only permanent residents of Cumilla, Chandpur and Brahmanbaria districts may apply. Applications are accepted online only through the Teletalk recruitment portal at https://tzc.teletalk.com.bd, and the deadline is 5 November 2026 (4:59 PM); no application by any other means is accepted. Age must be between 18 and 32 years as of 1 October 2026 (an affidavit is not accepted as proof of age). Employees of government, semi-government and autonomous bodies must apply with their employer's permission and bring a No-Objection letter; tax department employees must select the "Departmental Candidate" option, and other candidates must not. A written and an oral test will be held, and candidates must pass the written test (and the practical test where applicable) to reach the oral test. Applying involves an examination fee paid by SMS from a Teletalk prepaid number through the portal, as described in the circular. Note: applying costs the candidate this SMS fee through the Teletalk recruitment portal.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognised university with at least second class or equivalent CGPA
• Computer typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Bangla
• Skill and experience in computer word processing, e-mail and fax machine operation
• Age 18 to 32 years as of 1 October 2026
• Permanent resident of Cumilla, Chandpur or Brahmanbaria district
• Government, semi-government and autonomous employees must apply with their employer's permission and bring a No-Objection letter
• Must not be married to a non-citizen of Bangladesh or convicted of a moral-turpitude offence
