Tecknoz is looking for a thoughtful UI/UX Designer who can turn user needs and business requirements into clear, intuitive digital experiences. You will work on websites and applications, taking ideas from initial research and wireframes through to polished interfaces and developer handoff. Tecknoz values designers who can explain their decisions, welcome feedback and think beyond how a screen looks. The role offers the opportunity to work across research, interface design and implementation, collaborating with a team focused on practical solutions.

• Understand project goals, user needs and business requirements
• Conduct relevant research and competitor reviews to identify usability challenges and opportunities
• Develop user journeys, information architecture and user flows
• Create wireframes that help the team explore and evaluate solutions before detailed design
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile experiences
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate functionality and user interactions
• Create and maintain reusable components, styles and design guidelines
• Apply consistent typography, spacing, colour and interaction patterns across products
• Evaluate designs through usability testing and feedback
• Consider accessibility, readability and ease of navigation throughout the design process
• Work closely with developers and project stakeholders
• Prepare organised design files, document interaction details and review implementation against the intended experience

যোগ্যতা

• A portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach and finished work
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants and interactive prototyping
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, visual hierarchy and responsive layouts
• Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility principles
• Ability to explain design decisions and respond constructively to feedback
• Good communication, attention to detail and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and development constraints is a plus
• Application must include one case study explaining the problem, your contribution and the reasoning behind your design decisions
