The role supports the School Education Lead, Programme Leader, and Module Leads in delivering high-quality teaching. It focuses on student engagement, progression, and differential outcomes, as well as curriculum development, assessment and feedback quality, and a sense of community and belonging. The post also has a pastoral and academic role, acting as first point of contact for students who need extra support. Part time, fixed-term, Grade 7 (pro rata). Job ref eArcu-9475.

যোগ্যতা

• A good first degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent qualifications
• Expertise relevant to fashion marketing (prior fashion experience is not essential)
• An understanding of higher education metrics
• Experience providing academic support to students
• Desirable: PGCE, Certificate of Education, PGCLTHE, or Higher Education Academy membership
