BRAC and BPL jointly start a pilot initiative to strengthen skilled migration in Japan. The BRAC Skills Development Programme aims to train Bangladeshi youth in caregiving and Japanese language skills to qualify for the Japanese Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Program. The project addresses critical labour shortages in Japan's caregiving sector while enhancing economic opportunities and skill development for Bangladeshi youth.

BRAC is seeking a Trainer, Japanese Language, responsible for delivering effective Japanese language training to potential learners to develop their proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing and prepare them for the Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese (JFT-Basic) or Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 level. The role also oversees training implementation, monitors learner progress, ensures training quality and strengthens learners' readiness for the proficiency examinations.

Location: anywhere in Bangladesh (advertised from Chattogram). Last date of application: November 10, 2026. Apply through [email protected]. • Deliver Japanese language training aligned with JFT-Basic and JLPT N4 requirements
• Prepare session plans, learning materials, assessment tools and result sheets
• Monitor trainee attendance and track individual learning progress
• Conduct periodic assessments of trainees' language proficiency and learning outcomes
• Identify weak learners and develop targeted support and improvement initiatives
• Prepare and share learner progress reports and communicate regularly with the Senior Trainer, Language and Trainer, Caregiver
• Evaluate effectiveness of training materials, modules, assessment tools and teaching methods based on trainee feedback
• Practise, promote and endorse BRAC's safeguarding policy and follow the reporting procedure for any reportable incident

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Japanese language training methodologies, facilitation techniques and Japanese culture
• Ability to develop training modules, learning materials, assessment tools and learner progress reports
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in spoken English and Bangla
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bangladeshi nationals only
