Trainee - Employee Verification, Expatriate & Visa Management

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and proactive Trainee to support our Global Mobility and Compliance team. This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of HR, immigration law and international business operations. You will gain hands-on experience in managing the lifecycle of expatriate employees and ensuring the integrity of our workforce through rigorous background verification. Office Time: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Sunday-Thursday). Location: Baridhara J Block, Notun Bazar, Dhaka.

দায়িত্ব

• Assist in coordinating background checks and primary source verification for new hires.
• Liaise with external vendors to track the progress of education, employment and criminal record checks.
• Help prepare and organize documentation for visa, immigration, work permit and residence renewals.
• Maintain up-to-date trackers for visa expiry dates to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
• Support the onboarding and orientation of international assignees.
• Maintain virtual and physical files for all expatriate employees.
• Research changing immigration policies and assist in drafting internal updates.
• Maintain an up to date and accurate database.

যোগ্যতা

• Recent graduate in HRM, Management, Law or any BBA graduate from a Public or Private University.
• Fresher; previous internship experience will be an advantage.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
