দায়িত্ব

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML models and pipelines
• Explore and fine-tune open-source LLM models for different use cases
• Contribute to NLP tasks (text classification, summarization, translation, sentiment analysis, etc.)
• Work on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-driven AI solutions
• Contribute to building Agentic AI systems (multi-agent collaboration, tool-using LLMs, decision-making pipelines)
• Participate in Computer Vision projects (object detection, segmentation, recognition)
• Research, prototype, and benchmark ML models to improve performance
• Support in preparing datasets, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Collaborate with senior engineers in delivering innovative AI-driven solutions
• Document findings, experiments, and progress regularly

যোগ্যতা

• Strong understanding of Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
• Basic knowledge of NLP techniques and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Familiarity with open-source LLMs (Hugging Face, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, etc.)
• Exposure to RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
• Understanding of Computer Vision concepts (CNNs, YOLO, U-Net, OpenCV)
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a research-driven environment
