Eve Naxeon is hiring a Territory Manager - Dealer Network to grow Naxeon across Bangladesh. The mission: hit Naxeon's sales targets and expand the dealer network into new cities and districts. Eve Naxeon is one team behind two electric two-wheeler brands: Naxeon Bangladesh, the official Bangladesh distributor of NAXEON electric motorcycles and scooters, established in 2026 and part of Appleton Group; and Eve (Eve Motors Ltd.), which builds smart electric scooters for Bangladesh. This role is focused on Naxeon. Location: Bangshal, Dhaka (on-site, with regular travel to dealers across Bangladesh). Employment type: full-time.

• Deliver monthly and quarterly unit sales targets for Naxeon.
• Find, qualify, sign and onboard new Naxeon dealers in priority cities and districts.
• Manage dealers day to day, including stock planning, orders, sell-in and sell-out.
• Train dealer sales staff on the Naxeon lineup and on selling EVs: range, charging and battery.
• Work with marketing on dealer launches and test-ride events, and with the service team so every new dealer is ready for after-sales from day one.
• Track competitor models, prices and dealer schemes in every market you cover.
• Report weekly on pipeline, dealer performance and progress against target.

যোগ্যতা

• 5+ years in sales in Bangladesh's two-wheeler industry.
• Experience in the electric two-wheeler segment.
• An active network of two-wheeler dealers, with the ability to walk the company through it district by district.
• A record of hitting sales targets and signing dealers, with numbers to show.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent Bangla and working English.
• A team player who shares information, credit and leads.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Bangshal office in Dhaka and travel regularly to dealers across Bangladesh.
• Preferred: experience launching a new brand or model through a dealer network.
• Preferred: experience with dealer financing or EMI schemes.
• Preferred: experience leading a field sales team.
