Hairence is an online hair-care brand specializing in targeted solutions for hair thinning and loss, delivering products and expert guidance through its online platform. The Telesales Executive makes inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promotes the company's products, follows up with prospects to close sales and keeps accurate records of calls, leads and sales. Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Weekly 1 holiday based on roster duty.

দায়িত্ব

• Make inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote company products/services over the phone
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up with prospective clients to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
• Handle customer queries and provide basic support
• Update customer information in the system regularly
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction

যোগ্যতা

• Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English
• Confident speaking over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to meet targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• University running students; freshers are also encouraged to apply
• Prior telesales or call center experience will be an advantage
