Foshol Ghor is looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual to join the team and help build lasting relationships with customers while driving sales and brand awareness. Work arrangement: fully remote (work from home). Availability: 9:00 AM-8:00 PM, with up to 2 hours of scheduled breaks throughout the day; candidates must remain responsive during active hours.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries, sales, and brand awareness.
• Communicate brand values, products, and offerings clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate sales and improve retention.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing customer data.
• A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow up consistently.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or e-commerce is preferred.
