We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who brings strong engineering knowledge and delivery leadership. You will bridge business goals and technical execution while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and predictable software delivery. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on coding experience who understands modern architecture and can effectively manage engineering teams and client expectations.

দায়িত্ব

• Project & Delivery Management:
• Lead software projects from planning through deployment
• Break down requirements into sprint tasks and actionable tickets
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos)
• Technical Leadership & Oversight:
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture and technical decisions
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance best practices
• Review technical designs and maintain engineering quality standards
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Stakeholder & Client Communication:
• Act as the technical bridge between clients, management, and developers
• Provide progress updates and manage expectations
• Communicate risks and mitigation strategies clearly
• Process & Quality Improvement:
• Improve development workflows and CI/CD processes
• Establish delivery metrics and quality standards
• Promote documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices

যোগ্যতা

• 2+ years as Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead / Delivery Manager
• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science & engineering or related field.
• Strong programming background in Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Java
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations
• Experience with React / modern frontend architectures (awareness level)
• Cloud & DevOps: Cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure deployment
• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB), and data modeling fundamentals
• Project Tools & Collaboration: Agile, Jira, Git, and collaboration platforms
• Nice to have: Experience managing AI-driven or SaaS platforms
• Nice to have: Exposure to AI/ML workflows or document processing systems
• Nice to have: Experience with enterprise integrations & APIs
• Nice to have: Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)
• Nice to have: Experience scaling teams and improving engineering processes
