This role monitors the content & onboarding team members, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met for foodpanda's vendor platform.

• Monitor the content & onboarding team members, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met
• Track agent performance and prepare reports using advanced Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
• Ensure accurate menu creation, timely updates, and dish-level photography in line with SOPs
• Train vendors on tablet operations, order fulfillment, operating hours, and payment and billing processes
• Conduct regular quality checks to improve content accuracy and customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and run projects to improve onboarding and content processes
