Samim's Tutorial, a Cambridge O & A Level institute in Gulshan-1, Dhaka, is hiring Subject Coordinators for Session 2027-28 (5 openings across four subjects: Physics, which also supports Chemistry; Chemistry, which also supports Biology; Accounting; and Mathematics). A Subject Coordinator works beside the subject's Senior Teacher, supporting classes, tests, results and student care, with the goal of becoming a Senior Teacher within one to two years. Fresh graduates are welcome. The role is full-time only. Applications are reviewed every Thursday.

দায়িত্ব

• Teach support classes alongside the Senior Teacher
• Monitor classes and support students and teachers
• Counsel students
• Prepare exam questions, check scripts and prepare results
• Send a written report every week

যোগ্যতা

• Honours in the subject, or an O/A Level background
• Able to solve every problem in the institute's worksheets
• Honest, organised and committed for the long run
• Available for full-time work

• Salary growth: Tk 25,000 at joining, Tk 35,000 after 1 year, then +10% every year after 2 years
• Festival bonus: 50% of monthly salary, twice a year
