দায়িত্ব

• Oversee daily Showroom operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Drive sales and ensure Showroom performance meets targets.
• Manage client interactions, delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and motivate shop staff to achieve peak performance.
• Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and conduct regular audits.
• Handle cash management, sales reporting, and other financial transactions.
• Coordinate in-shop promotions, marketing activities, and events.
• Implement processes to enhance operations and the customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor/Honors
• 2 to 5 years
• 2–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, boutique, or clothing shops.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management, retail operations, and ERP software.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
