Shakil Education Group is a professional education consultancy that supports students who want to study at international institutions, with advice on study destinations, entry requirements, applications and visa processes. It is hiring a Student Consultant in Dhaka to guide students on higher education opportunities in Europe and see their files through admission.

দায়িত্ব

• Guide students regarding higher education opportunities in Europe based on their academic qualifications, financial capabilities, and career goals
• Recommend suitable universities, courses, scholarships, and admission options according to students' eligibility
• Manage the complete admission process, including application submission, document verification, offer letter collection, and university follow-ups
• Prepare and review CVs, SOPs, motivation letters, academic documents, and other required admission materials
• Assist students with visa documentation, financial requirements, embassy procedures, and interview preparation
• Achieve assigned monthly file-opening, admission, service-charge, and revenue targets
• Convert qualified leads into prospective students through timely communication, effective follow-ups, and regular CRM updates
• Maintain accurate student records, submit performance reports, and ensure compliance with university and visa requirements

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 3 years of experience in education consultancy, compliance or counselling
• Strong command of English, fluent and communicative (ideally IELTS 6.5)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Law, or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to assess student performance objectively
• Familiarity with university admissions and visa processes is an advantage
