Staff Nurse carries out effective nursing care management of nursing activities and ensures effective patient care at the patient bed site and critical care areas in coordination with other departments of the hospital. Reports to the Charge Nurse. Job location: Dhaka. Employment status: Full Time. Multiple vacancies available.

দায়িত্ব

• Provide high-quality patient care in patient bed site, critical care, emergencies or operating theater settings
• Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor patients' vital signs, lab results, and medical history
• Administer medications, perform interventions, and provide education to patients and families

যোগ্যতা

• 4-year Bachelor's in Nursing Science or 3-year Diploma in GNM with 6 months internship
• RN license from BNMC (Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council) is a must
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Basic skill in medical equipment, i.e. Biomedical Equipment
• Computer knowledge and basic software orientation
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a teamwork environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 0-1 year of experience; area-specific skills and expertise preferred
