Tech Novelty Limited is an IT solutions provider delivering infrastructure, intelligent networking, cybersecurity assurance, data analytics and IoT integration. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Network Engineer in Chattogram to design, implement and maintain secure and reliable network infrastructure that supports business operations and customer solutions. Networking is the primary focus, with shared responsibility for server and virtualization infrastructure and operations support.

দায়িত্ব

• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot core and access switches, VLANs, routing, switching, ACLs, STP, EtherChannel and redundancy
• Support wireless controllers and access points, including WLAN configuration and troubleshooting
• Monitor and troubleshoot firewalls, VPN, NAT, security policies and high-availability configurations
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configuration backups and asset inventories
• Administer Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat) environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, OS patching and system health checks
• Support virtualization such as VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter virtual machine administration
• Support endpoint security, vulnerability management and patch compliance
• Perform preventive maintenance, respond to incidents within SLA targets and prepare incident, root cause and monthly service reports
• Coordinate with OEMs and technical specialists, and provide on-site and remote support including after-hours, weekend and holiday roster participation

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a network engineer with strong knowledge of infrastructure operations
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EEE or a related discipline from a reputed university
• CCNA certification is mandatory; CCNP is an added advantage
• Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (or equivalent)
• RHCSA/RHCE and VMware VCP-DCV (or current equivalent)
• Strong analytical ability and able to manage critical incidents and prioritise by business impact
• Good communication, documentation and reporting skills
