Department: Research & Development and Production

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience

দায়িত্ব

• Develop new food products and improve existing formulations.
• Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies.
• Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets.
• Ensure product consistency, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Optimize production processes, reduce wastage, and control costs.
• Maintain production records, SOPs, and R&D documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Procurement, Marketing, and other relevant teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development and manufacturing processes.

যোগ্যতা

• B.Sc. in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing, product formulation, and production planning.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP principles, and food safety practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
• Experience in FMCG, packaged food, or food processing industries will be an advantage.
