HIRING: Sr. Executive – Compliance. Industry: Leather / Footwear Manufacturing. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and applicable regulations, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting internal and external compliance audits and inspections.

দায়িত্ব

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain and update compliance-related documentation and records.
• Monitor workplace compliance, labor standards, and employee-related requirements.
• Support internal and external compliance audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve compliance issues.
• Prepare compliance reports and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure proper implementation of company rules, policies, and statutory requirements.

যোগ্যতা

• BBA/MBA in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience, relevant industry most preferable.
• Good knowledge of labor law and compliance practices within the leather/footwear manufacturing industry.
