Sr. Design Delivery Specialist

This role is based in Dubai, working closely with P&G's top marketing and design teams to deliver best-in-class print quality and execution through packaging. As a print specialist in the team, you will have the opportunity to define best practices and set efficient workflows with external partners, leading and monitoring print execution standards for P&G.

• Lead collaboration on artwork development and adaptation with the marketing and design teams, internal studios and external agencies
• Lead design execution and timeline management, print tests and trials, and artwork adaptation reviews
• Lead and execute design intent and print quality control, with a strong understanding of print feasibility and quality (flexo printing preferred)
• Participate in design brief kick-offs, design reviews and other packaging design multi-functional meetings
• Manage execution of regional adaptations, protecting brand identity through colour development and pre-press
• Manage projects on system tracking software and manage the project budget
• Identify opportunities to improve packaging execution systems, print quality and consistency
• Provide comprehensive meeting summaries and follow up in a timely manner
• Work with Design Managers, the Technical Execution Manager and the prototype agency to create mock-ups for packaging testing

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent print or packaging work experience
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, from concept through production
• In-depth knowledge of artwork file production, fit-for-use requirements, print process capabilities, substrates and finishes
• Strong project and time management skills, with experience leading multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously
• Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat
• Strong business communication, planning and execution skills, both verbal and written
