As a Telesales Representative at foodpanda, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new restaurants to join the platform. You will play a crucial role in growing the business and ensuring the best dining experiences for customers. In addition to sales activities, you will oversee the incubation and account management process for newly acquired vendors for a period of one month to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained business growth.

• Handle incoming inquiries from potential restaurant owners interested in joining the platform
• Research and identify potential restaurant partners through offline channels such as local directories, industry events, and referrals
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, providing information about services, benefits, and pricing
• Assess the suitability of potential partners based on quality criteria
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone
• Negotiate terms with prospective partners
• Oversee incubation and account management of newly acquired vendors for the first month

যোগ্যতা

• MBA, BBA, or B.Com from a recognized university
• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with the restaurant industry a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
