foodpanda is part of the Delivery Hero Group. As a Telesales Representative you will identify and onboard new restaurants to the platform, and oversee the incubation and account management of newly acquired vendors for one month to ensure a smooth onboarding and sustained business growth.

দায়িত্ব

• Handle inbound enquiries from potential restaurant owners interested in joining the platform
• Research and identify potential restaurant partners through offline channels such as local directories, industry events and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, explaining the services, benefits and pricing
• Assess the suitability of potential partners against the quality criteria
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone
• Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners and address their objections
• Assist in onboarding so partners have the information and resources to get started
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs

যোগ্যতা

• MBA, BBA or B.Com from a recognized university
• Proven experience in telesales, sales or a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
