We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, and related frontend technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality digital products and exceptional user experiences. On-site role, across Bangladesh, Sunday-Thursday routine.

দায়িত্ব

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, user-friendly interfaces while ensuring consistency across different devices and browsers.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring seamless communication and optimal performance.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall user experience through modern frontend best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews to continuously improve development standards.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML5, CSS3, browser APIs, and modern frontend development practices
• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap, Ant Design (AntD), and SASS
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Good understanding of browser rendering, DOM, Virtual DOM, and web performance optimization
• Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Mongoose
• Experience working with Git and Agile development methodologies
• Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Previous experience on FinTech, Banking, Payment Gateway, or Financial Services platforms is a strong advantage
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference
