We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist/Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and sales departments to ensure cohesive and effective brand communication across all channels.

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
• Track and analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Build and nurture relationships with online communities and client advocates
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in social media management or related roles
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Notion, Monday.com)
• Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs
• Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with paid advertising on social media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) preferred
