Mind Orbital is a technology company building innovative software products for businesses, with a growing family of brands. It is looking for social media creators to publish its content regularly on their own accounts and on accounts the company provides. This is a remote contract role, paid per published post. Some posts come ready-made from the content team; for others you receive a brief and create or edit the post yourself. Each platform has set posting times, chosen for when its audience is most active, and there is a minimum weekly post target agreed on joining.

• Post company content regularly on your own social media accounts and on accounts provided
• Publish across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn at the set times for each platform
• Meet your minimum weekly post target
• Publish ready-made posts from the content team, and create or edit other posts from a brief
• Write or adapt captions and hashtags so posts suit your audience
• Update the performance of every post every two days, or on an agreed schedule: views, likes, shares, comments and reach, with the post link
• Follow brand guidelines and each platform's rules

যোগ্যতা

• You post regularly on your own social media accounts, and people watch and engage with your content
• Experience editing videos (CapCut or similar) and making posts that perform well
• Good Bangla writing for captions
• Very comfortable with software: pick up new apps quickly, including editing, scheduling and social media tools, and know each platform's posting and scheduling features
• Reliable and consistent: you post on time, every day
• Your own smartphone and a stable internet connection
