Baker Hughes (Industrial & Energy Technology) is looking for a Services Advisor - Contract Performance Management, based at QatarGas South in Ras Laffan. The role demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs and processes, and provides contract administration for assigned proposals and contracts, including customer interface, negotiation, preparation and contract interpretation.

দায়িত্ব

• Provide contract administration for assigned proposals and contracts, including customer interface, negotiations, preparation and contract interpretation
• Support contract management in the execution of equipment-only orders for domestic and international LNG and power plant contracts
• Perform proposal, negotiation and contract administration functions on assigned proposals/contracts with minimal supervision
• Support the manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts
• Interface frequently with the customer on contract matters and perform team leader responsibilities for assigned programs
• Liaise with functional organizations and ensure requirements are communicated properly
• Review processes to ensure overall efficiency

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a contract administration position)
• 7 years of experience with contract formation and execution / contract performance management
• Experience and knowledge of rotating equipment, especially gas turbines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English (Arabic fluency is preferred)
