Enorsia UK, a UK-based fashion brand, is recruiting an experienced, hands-on SEO Specialist to own and grow organic search performance end-to-end. This is a strategic and technical role for someone who can take a growing e-commerce site forward. Industry: Retail Apparel and Fashion. Full-time. Salary range 50,000 to 60,000 BDT based on skill and experience.

• Own organic search performance, AIO, GEO, and AEO end-to-end; strategy, roadmap, forecasting, and accountability for organic traffic and revenue growth
• Lead all technical SEO: crawl and index governance, canonical strategy, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and log-file analysis
• Write developer-ready specifications with clear acceptance criteria, and QA every release that touches URLs, templates, or rendering
• Own product schema, structured data, and Google Merchant Center feed health to qualify products for rich results
• Build and maintain the keyword-to-URL map; drive category and product listing page rankings for high-intent UK search terms
• Set content direction and brief the content team; own brief quality, SEO standards, and sign-off on published output
• Define and enforce the AI usage standard for all web and marketplace content to protect quality and search performance
• Manage off-page growth: earned backlinks, digital PR angles, unlinked mention reclamation, and brand authority signals
• Own trust signals across the site: reviews, policy pages, authorship, and transparency for UK consumers
• Build reporting from Search Console and GA4 and report against targets monthly
• Guide and develop the SEO content team and collaborate with developers, content planners, designers, performance marketers, and marketplace teams

যোগ্যতা

• 4 to 5 years hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrable results on an e-commerce site of meaningful scale; case studies or real performance data expected
• Proven technical SEO capability; able to diagnose issues from log files, rendered DOM, and crawl data
• Direct experience handling faceted navigation, canonical consolidation, site migration, or large-scale indexation problems
• Strong command of structured data, Google Merchant Center, and how organic and paid shopping surfaces interact
• Ability to write clear technical requirements for developers and get work shipped without direct authority over engineering
• Experience directing writers through briefs, with a firm view on content quality standards and responsible AI use
• Fluent in all the relevant important SEO tools
• Graduation from CS/CSE, Business Analytics or other tech-related fields from a renowned university
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Plus point: prior SEO experience with a UK or European fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand
