AECOM is looking for a dynamic and organised Project Manager to join its team in Manama, Bahrain. You will take ownership of moderately sized projects with varying complexity and financial impact, leading cross-functional teams and managing all technical, financial and client satisfaction aspects while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.

• Plan, direct and supervise all operations and activities of assigned projects, aligned with organisational objectives and client expectations
• Manage technical, financial and client satisfaction areas using consistent processes, tools and best practices
• Develop project strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and execute projects from inception to completion
• Lead and mentor small to medium-sized teams, including remote team members and subcontractors
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources, analysing risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress against metrics, identify issues early and adjust to keep projects on track
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet project requirements and resolve conflicts
• Prepare project documentation, reports and presentations
• Seek process improvements to enhance project delivery

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of professional project management experience, preferably on moderately complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• PMP, CAPM or an equivalent project management certification
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
• Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver within budget
• Leadership and team management skills with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com or similar)
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards
