Parcel Trade International is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Officer to strengthen its marketing and business development team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in freight forwarding or door-to-door shipping services and a proven ability to acquire clients, build business relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Employment type: Full-time, on-site. Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, weekly holiday 1 day (Friday). Office address: H-231, Sayednagar, Vatara, Dhaka-1212. • Identify and acquire new customers for freight forwarding and door-to-door shipping services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, importers, exporters and business partners
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term customers
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate service rates and close deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or door-to-door shipping services is mandatory
• Proven experience in sales, marketing and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Strong customer acquisition and lead-generation capabilities
• A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
