BRAC is hiring a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation for its Procurement Department at the Head Office. The role leads the department's ERP implementation, procurement process optimisation and system integration, translates business requirements into technology-enabled solutions, and strengthens departmental MIS and analytics to improve procurement efficiency, transparency and compliance.

দায়িত্ব

• Lead the Procurement Department's ERP v3 implementation and wider digital transformation, from business process assessment to implementation and continuous improvement
• Review existing procurement processes to find gaps and control weaknesses and recommend standardisation, automation and system enhancements
• Act as Procurement Functional Lead and SME, defining and validating business requirements, SRS, workflows and prototypes with business analysts, technology teams and implementation partners
• Lead user acceptance testing, data validation, user training, change management and deployment readiness
• Oversee departmental IT/MIS operations and user support and monitor team performance
• Oversee MIS, dashboards, analytical reports and performance-monitoring tools to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
• Coordinate with the ERP programme, Technology Division, departments and vendors on requirements, deliverables, timelines and risks
• Lead the Annual Procurement Plan and support departmental AOP and budget preparation
• Maintain documentation of requirements, workflows, milestones and decisions and prepare management reports and presentations
• Monitor system performance and user feedback and track measurable benefits from digital transformation initiatives

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, IT or Engineering preferred
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in ERP implementation, procurement and supply chain systems and/or digital transformation within procurement functions
• Strong knowledge of ERP Procurement, Tender and Supply Chain modules and system integration
• Understanding of procurement operations, sourcing, tendering, supplier management and controls
• Strong project management, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement and risk management skills
• Knowledge of IT/MIS operations, application support and change management
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including MIS reporting and business process analysis
