Freight Management Ltd. (FML) is looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Senior HR Executive to support its HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. The position offers HR professionals the chance to build on their existing experience, strengthen their capabilities across key HR functions and contribute to effective people operations within the international freight forwarding and logistics industry. দায়িত্ব

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave information and HR documentation
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and workplace development initiatives
• Support performance management processes and day-to-day HR administration
• Coordinate with different departments to address HR-related matters
• Assist in implementing company HR policies, procedures and internal guidelines
• Prepare HR reports, maintain employee databases and ensure proper documentation
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources
• Good understanding of recruitment, employee onboarding and general HR operations
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
• Good organisational, problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly and professionally
• A proactive, detail-oriented and people-focused approach to work
