foodpanda Bangladesh is hiring a Senior Executive, Finance (R2R) (Mid-Senior level, full-time, Dhaka) to prepare and post journals in SAP for assigned entities in accordance with IAS, IFRS and Group Reporting policies, and to make sure month-end closing timelines are met consistently.

দায়িত্ব

• Prepare and post journals in SAP for the assigned entities in accordance with IAS, IFRS, and Group Reporting policies; complete month-end closing tasks on time and meet the Group's closing timelines
• Ensure intercompany (IC) postings are validated and correctly posted in SAP, and IC balances are reconciled with counterparties monthly
• Ensure asset reporting and management of the asset register
• Coordinate with stakeholders on financial data dependencies, ensuring completeness and timeliness of entries
• Work with Regional/Central Accounting and Controlling teams on in-depth analysis of monthly Financial Statement reviews
• Maintain SL vs GL reconciliation of the different accounts
• Support Group audit reviews, local statutory audit, and internal audits
• Continually standardize, automate, and streamline to improve efficiency in financial reporting
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the Lead / Manager, R2R Service Delivery

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or another business discipline, with partial qualification in CA/ACCA or an equivalent professional accounting degree
• 3-5 years of experience maintaining a set of accounts and monthly General Ledger closing
• Demonstrable knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls
• Hands-on experience with finance systems such as SAP/Oracle; prior SAP experience is a plus
• Some experience in a relevant field (professional accounting services firm and/or shared service center preferred)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
