Express Systems Limited (ESL) is an IT systems integration and solutions company in Bangladesh working with global IT solution providers. It is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Infrastructure & Cloud Platform team in Dhaka to run end-to-end enterprise infrastructure deployments, from servers and storage to virtualization, Kubernetes and DevOps platform services, and to support customers after handover.

দায়িত্ব

• Execute end-to-end enterprise IT infrastructure deployment and implementation projects
• Install, configure and troubleshoot enterprise rack servers and storage solutions
• Deploy and manage VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE and virtualization environments
• Implement and manage Ceph distributed storage and enterprise backup solutions
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters and containerization platforms; implement and support RKE2, Rancher and Kubernetes workloads
• Deploy and maintain GitLab, Harbor, NeuVector, Vault, ArgoCD, SonarQube, Grafana and Loki
• Perform infrastructure health checks, preventive maintenance and performance optimization
• Handle customer technical support, incident resolution and troubleshooting
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment reports, LLD, HLD and implementation documents
• Coordinate with customers, OEMs, vendors and internal project teams, and provide post-deployment support and project handover

যোগ্যতা

• BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), IT, EEE or a related discipline
• 4-7 years of relevant professional experience
• Enterprise server installation and configuration on Dell, HPE and Cisco platforms; SAN, NAS and distributed storage; RAID, Fibre Channel, iSCSI; backup and disaster recovery
• VMware VCF, vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX; Proxmox VE and Ceph cluster deployment and administration; high availability and VM migration
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux / Rocky Linux; Kubernetes, RKE2, Rancher, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes networking and persistent storage
• GitLab and GitLab Runner, Harbor, ArgoCD and GitOps, NeuVector, HashiCorp Vault, Grafana, Loki, SonarQube
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) and monitoring/observability platforms
• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications (e.g. CKA, CKAD) are an advantage; practical customer support experience is highly desirable
