Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct mock interviews and training sessions to prepare students for University Pre-CAS, UKVI and Embassy credibility interviews

- Evaluate student readiness and provide constructive feedback to improve performance

- Ensure that student documentation and information meet compliance standards required by partner universities and immigration authorities

- Maintain accurate records of interview sessions and student progress

- Liaise with admission and counseling teams to stay updated on university and visa requirements

- Monitor changes in UKVI and university compliance policies and update processes accordingly

- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to Shakil Education Group compliance framework

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 year of experience in education consultancy, compliance, or a student support role

- Strong command in English, Fluent and Communicative. (Ideally IELTS 6.5)

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Law, or a related field

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- High attention to detail and ability to assess student performance objectively

- Familiarity with university admissions and visa processes is an advantage
