As part of its ongoing growth and expansion, it is looking for disciplined, responsible, and dedicated individuals for the position of Security Assistant (Department: Security; Work location: anywhere in Bangladesh; Full Time / Permanent). Purpose of the job: to perform frontline aviation-security duties under supervision and contribute to protection of USBA aircraft, passengers, employees, baggage, property and operational activities. দায়িত্ব

• Perform assigned frontline aviation-security duties in accordance with the AOSP, applicable SSPs, airport requirements and approved security procedures
• Protection of aircraft and access control, including authorized access to assigned aircraft and security-sensitive areas
• Protect passengers, baggage, cargo, mail, catering, stores, company staff and property and other regulated items, as applicable to the assigned duty
• Verify access credentials and challenge unauthorized persons in accordance with approved procedures and immediately report any access-control violations
• Maintain a high level of security vigilance and identify suspicious activities, prohibited items, security breaches or other irregularities, and promptly escalate them through established reporting channels
• Maintain accurate operational logs, registers and security records related to assigned duties and ensure timely reporting of deviations or irregularities
• Participate in security briefings, recurrent training, competency assessments and other AVSEC development activities
• Support security incident response and other heightened-security measures as directed, maintaining professional and customer-focused conduct while enforcing security requirements
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager or Head of Aviation Security

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
• Fresh candidates may apply; relevant experience outside airport is preferred
• Height: minimum 5 ft 8 inch
• BMI within the range of 18-25
• Eyesight: 6/6 without spectacles and no color-vision deficiency
