We are Clickless, a specialized consulting firm focused on maximizing business performance through world-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Our mission is to transform complex business processes into smooth, automated operations for our clients. Our primary expertise lies in the implementation, customization, and optimization of the HubSpot ecosystem across sales, marketing, service, and data management. We are also expanding our capabilities in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI-related services. We have openings for two positions: Sales Intern and Marketing Intern. Location: Remote (transitioning to Hybrid from January 2027). Internship Duration: 3 Months. Working Hours: 3:00 PM-12:00 AM (Bangladesh Time), minimum 7 working hours per day. দায়িত্ব

• Sales Intern: Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities
• Sales Intern: Assist with lead generation and outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Sales Intern: Maintain and update CRM records and sales databases; support client communication and meeting scheduling
• Sales Intern: Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
• Marketing Intern: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Marketing Intern: Conduct market, audience, and competitor research
• Marketing Intern: Support content creation for social media, blogs, and other marketing channels; assist with SEO research
• Marketing Intern: Help manage social media platforms and monitor marketing performance

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and digital tools
• Strong interest in sales/business development (for Sales Intern) or digital marketing/content (for Marketing Intern)
• Proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning
