Sales Executive (Remote, Commission-Based)

HeySoham is looking for motivated, results-driven Sales Executives to help acquire international clients and expand its AI data services business. HeySoham supports AI companies, computer vision teams, robotics startups and data service providers with high-quality image and video annotation, object detection, segmentation, tracking and training dataset preparation. The role is 100% commission-based with no fixed salary, with flexible remote working hours. This opportunity suits people who want to earn based on results and can actively develop business opportunities. Candidates with existing industry contacts or experience selling technology services are especially encouraged.

• Identify and approach potential international clients
• Build relationships with AI startups, computer vision companies, robotics companies and data annotation vendors
• Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings with prospective clients
• Follow up with prospects and help convert opportunities into paid projects
• Explore referral partnerships and subcontracting opportunities with AI service providers

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Interest in B2B sales, technology, or AI services
• Ability to research prospects and build genuine business relationships
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Previous sales, lead generation, agency, or international client acquisition experience is a plus
