As Risk & Fraud Manager you protect the integrity and financial stability of the NEXT Ventures ecosystem. You will lead efforts in identifying anomalies, executing account verification protocols and investigating complex client claims, using data analytics and AI automation to safeguard platform policies while improving workflow efficiency. The hiring process is a 30-minute get-to-know-you session with the TA lead, a 48-hour take-home assessment and a 60-minute final interview with management.

• Research and monitor client activity to identify anomalies, verify account authenticity and enforce platform compliance
• Oversee and run verification procedures for new and existing client accounts, including identity document reviews
• Analyze evidence and underlying documents to resolve client claims and disputes with clear, data-based explanations
• Partner with internal and cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and mitigate fraud risks
• Analyze business metrics, test hypotheses, project outcomes and uncover suspicious patterns to inform executive decisions
• Refine operational processes, workflows and technologies for efficiency
• Monitor industry developments, analyze risk impacts on the platform and propose product enhancements

যোগ্যতা

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Power BI or Metabase; knowledge of SQL and Python is a distinct advantage
• Demonstrated use of AI tools and automation to streamline workflows
• Strong analytical thinking: interpret complex datasets, identify patterns and make operational decisions
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Collaboration skills for working in diverse, global teams
• Keen eye for detail and balanced judgement between policy enforcement and a fair, client-focused approach
